ED Structure

Everyday Digital's organisational structure.

TL;DR

Everyday Digital (ED) is the primary licensor and owner of its technology, licensing it under a Licensee Mandate Agreement.

Licensees (Platform Operators) run branded Enterprise accounts, sub-license ED platform iterations, and are billed by ED for their license, Enterprise accounts, and customer accounts.

Sub-Licensees (Enterprise Customers) operate Enterprise accounts under the Licensee’s mandate and pay the Licensee for access.

Tenants (End-Users) hold Tenancy accounts, use the platform under agreed terms, and are billed by the Licensee.
