Enterprise Accounts can monitor and control background & peripheral services. If a service is down or lagging, you can Stop/Start/Restart a service.
Each Originator has their own real-time web services status monitoring site, e.g. https://status.falkor.io/ This is always a good first point of call to ensure services are online and technically working as expected.
If errors are reported but the service is running, this often indicates a localised issue, e.g. connection issue on client-side.
