Billing & Payment

Monthly Billing. Invoices are sent before the 28th of each month.

Payment Due. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless specified and agreed to otherwise.

Late Payment Interest. Late payments will incur interest.

All invoices and statements will be sent from Xero.

1. We will never send you emails with invoice attachments - these are exclusively sent from Xero.

2. As a general rule, always check where the email is being sent from.

3. Ensure that you have mail protection enabled (DMARC, DKIM, SPF) with your email provider.

4. If you have received a phishing email, please report it to [e-mail].

5. If you are unsure about communications sent by ED at any time, create a ticket on GitHub.
