How often is App Health updated or refreshed?
App Health data is cached and updated hourly. This means that if you have applied specific filters, your values will be cached for one hour, thereby also reducing processing time.
What is the capacity per account type?
The maximum capacity is based on the Scaling Guidelines. This allows you to monitor tenancy usage closely, and make informed decisions regarding scaling.
Tenancies that exceed capacity limits will still be able to accumulate more usage; however, this will serve as an indicator for usage monitoring.
Do Streams contribute to storage?
Yes, podcast and YouTube episodes are downloaded to the server so that they are served from the platform domain. This avoids whitelisting all domains in the app, which could pose a security risk.
What should I do if an account is reaching limits?
Upgrade the tenancy account tier as per the Subscription Tiers;
Clean up and delete content;
Enable the auto deletion feature on your platform to delete inactive user accounts;
Upgrade your Enterprise account tier.
If an account is approaching or exceeding limits, it may be time to consider migrating to a dedicated environment, or to limit usage within your designated subscription tiers.
Some accounts are slow - what should I do?
For tenancies experiencing latency issues or outages due to significant overcapacity, the recommended solution is to transition to a dedicated environment. This change will ensure that customer requirements are met, and that the platform operates smoothly. Pricing & Subscription Policy
