# Licensee Pricing

T**o ensure optimal performance, Licensee/Sub-Licensee should evaluate the customer needs to recommend a subscription tier.** The [Pricing Policy & Subscription Tiers](/licensee-docs/policies/pricing-and-subscription-policy.md) set out by ED will apply to all accounts - the limits in each tier serve as an indication for when accounts need to be upgraded.

**Subscription tiers can be applied to Tenancy and Enterprise accounts to limit platform usage.** General limits will always be:

* **Storage.** Data  uploaded on Cloudfile, as well as app user engagement and app uploads.
* **Users.** Number of app users.
* **Server Type.** Virtual, Performance, Enterprise, or Multiple.
* **Account & App requirements.** Single or multiple.

### Create a Tenancy Tier

#### How to set subscription tenancy tiers.

1. **Open** Accounts Management.
2. **Select** the settings icon on the top right.
3. **Create Tiers.** In the first row, name the tier and fill in the limits. Select the plus icon to save. Add a new tier in the next row.

### Update Tenancy Tier

#### How to update a subscription tier.

1. **Open** Accounts Management.
2. **Select** the settings icon on the top right.
3. **Update.** On an existing tier, update the required limits by clicking into the spaces.
4. **Autosaved.** You do not need to save as these settings update automatically.

### Delete Tenancy Tier

#### How to delete a subscription tier.

1. **Open** Accounts Management.
2. **Settings.** Select the settings icon on the top right
3. **Delete.** On the existing tier, select the delete icon
