Purpose
This policy serves to present current pricing for Platform services & subscriptions provided by Everyday Digital to its customers. For definitions, please refer to the Licensee Mandate.
Scope
All employees, contractors, consultants, sub-licensees, appointed providers, temporary and other workers within or outside of the Licensee’s organisation and its subsidiaries must adhere to this policy. This policy specifies the sub-licensing parameters and processes.
Platform Pricing
The pricing reflected in 2025 Pricing & Subscription Tiers is subject to change from time-to-time. All prices exclude VAT.
Pricing Changes & Scaling
All prices are subject to annual increase and exclude VAT.
Please also refer to the Scaling Guidelines for information on how to scale accounts, as needed.
Account & App Setup Fees
New Apps/Accounts/Add-Ons When a new account and/or app and/or premium feature is set up through an Enterprise account, then the related fee will automatically be applied.
Billing Invoices for the account/app setup fees will be issued in the same month in which the account/app is created.
Fair Usage
Accounts may not exceed the allocated storage, bandwidth and/or users defined in the Subscription Tiers and as detailed in the Scaling Guidelines.
Price Increases
Pricing is reviewed annually and is subject to increases based on inflation, as well as other factors, reasonably determined.
Pricing & Subscription Notes
Enterprise Tenancy (formerly Syndication)
Enterprise subscriptions include server setup, a single tenancy account and a single branded app (for web and native).
Multi-Tenancies & Multi-Apps
Additional accounts and apps can only be purchased/added on Pro/Standard+, Enterprise, or Enterprise+ tiers.
ED Development
Additional development and/or features built using Licensee bandwidth time should not be billed for or marked up by Licensees. Collateral fees, such as project management, should be applied instead. This is to ensure that Dev Rates are competitive and customers are not unfairly billed
