# Powerpoint

**Upload a** [**PowerPoint presentation**](https://everyday-digital.gitbook.io/authoring-docs/authoring/content-types/powerpoint-document) **in** [**Authoring**](https://everyday-digital.gitbook.io/authoring-docs/) **and add it as an activity in a Pathway.**

## How to create a Pitch Presentation Activity

1. **Open a Pathway.**
2. **Select the + icon and then select Powerpoint.** 
3. **Select a PowerPoint.** Choose an existing PowerPoint from the dropdown.
4. **Activity name (optional).** Name the activity.
5. **Description / Notes.** Add text and/or links.
6. **Activity Settings:**
   1. **Required.** Set as a required or optional activity.
   2. **View Fulfilment.** If set to Required, the user must open the PowerPoint in order to fulfil the activity.
7. **Save.**
