Safety Management Reports

Overview

Safety Management Reports provide a summary of all hazard and incident reports (both open and closed), over time. At a glance, you can view the hazard number, severity level, report title, category, last update, resolution, and analysis.

Hazard Report Settings

Using the context menu (settings icon), you can access options for each report, including:

• Full Report Edit

• GSO Response

• Open Analysis

• View Remedial Action

• Close Report

• Remove Report

Daily Report

A daily report can be viewed using the "Daily Report" button (top right). This pulls up a safety report showing:

• New Reports - Currently Queued

• In Progress - Open Reports

• Total Reports - Rolling 28 Days

• Days to Close - Rolling 12 Months

A list of recent reports will be included.

Hazard Report

To access a Hazard report, select the report number. This will open a structured, branded report. The Hazard Report includes the following details:

Written Details

• Description

• Suggested Remedy

• Comments / Findings

• Reportable

Status

• Status (Open/Closed)

• Days to Resolve

• Reported Date

• Closed Date

• Close By Date

Details

• Related Hazard

• Operation

• Location

• Type

• Report Risk

• Operational Condition

• Weather

• Remedial Action

Activity After Report Closed

Comments and logs (by users), with timestamps.
