Your subscription tier is selected when your SONAR account is set up. Depending on your preferred configuration, selected features will be enabled for your account.

Subscription Details

Under Subscription Details, you will see the following:

Subscription Tier. Your current subscription tier. Joined. Date of subscription start date. Duration. Duration of subscription to date (in days). Account ID. Your unique subscription account ID as stored on the platform. Agent/Account Holder. Your assigned primary company representative and contact person. Terms & Conditions. The SONAR platform terms and conditions. Data privacy Compliance. The SONAR platform privacy policy.
