SONAR Dashboard

Overview

The dashboard is separated into five (5) sections: Tasks, Safety, Quality Assurance, Tags & Notices, and Account Apps. Items assigned to individual users will be visible to them on the dashboard.

Tasks & Reminders

Any Safety Tasks, QA Tasks, Safety Tags, Duties, Scheduled Tasks and Reminders will be visible here. This allows users to see, at a glance, items requiring their attention.

Safety Dashboard

For Safety Officers, this dashboard presents a snapshot of Closed Reports, Remedial Actions, Active Controls, and Residual Risk Level.

Visual data items include:

• Report frequency over time

• Average report severity - rated from critical to acceptable

• Number of days since the last Incident Report and Hazard Report

• Efficiency rate - average days required to close reports

• Top events are categorised by areas of risk

QA Dashboard

For QA Officers, this dashboard presents a snapshot of Closed Reports, Corrective Actions, Audits, and the current Audit Grade.

Visual data items include:

• Report frequency over time

• Reports by urgency and current top urgency level

• Efficiency rate - average days required to close reports

• Number of days since the last report - last finding and last non-conformance

All apps linked to your SONAR account will display here. This is relevant if your account has more than one app.
