Add team users, assign roles and limit access
Add internal users to your account so each person has the right access based on their role. User roles and access limits let you control who can use specific features, ensuring the platform experience matches individual responsibilities across your organisation.
Select the + icon (bottom right) to create a new team user profile. Use the top menu to tab through ROLE & ACCESS and ACCESS LIMITS to configure the profile as needed.
Add the contact details to add a new user. once added, the user will be invited (via an email notification) to access the platform. The email is the default unique username.
The Admin has full access to all features. Admins can add new team members, create groups and create workflows. It is recommended to always have two Admin roles.
Full access to features, but limited access to settings and configuration.
Sets the user as a pilot for rostering, shifts, and duties.
Sets the user as an engineer for rostering, shifts, and duties.
Standard user access to Dashboard & Safety Management only.
Zero access to platform, used for external users. This is when a user needs to carry out an app task but does not have access to the backend, e.g. for contractors, external auditors, etc.

Limit a user's access to selected Operations, Locations, and/or Aircraft. By default, new users (regardless of their role), have access to all Operations, Locations, and Aircraft. Select and deselect the desired options.
