Operations

Multi-operation accounts.

An Operation is considered to be a single organisation that has one or more locations. Should your subscription allow for multiple operations, you can create them in the Operations section. You will be required to add the name, phone, email, country and city of each operation.

Select the + icon to add the details of the operation, then save.

Manage Locations

Once you have created an Operation, you can add multiple Locations, if needed.

To create a Location, select the context menu for an operation and then select Manage Locations. From here you can select Create to add the details of your location(s). Once created, you can configure the Settings for each location to, for example, set limits and control access.

Manage Aircraft

Once you have created your Operation, you can also add Aircraft.

To create an Aircraft, select the context menu for your operation and then select Manage Aircraft. From here you can select Create to add the details of your aircraft. Once created, you can configure the Settings for each aircraft and log its previous usage. You can also enable/disable the aircraft depending on whether or not it is in use.
