When a branded app is created on the platform, it is shipped with built-in EULA (End-User License Agreement) and Privacy Policies. These agreements and policies are created in line with the General Data Protection Regulation () which ensures compliance for distribution of apps across Europe. GDPR is poised to set the global data privacy standard as it provides some of the strongest privacy protections in the world.

Where can I find agreements and policies?

End-User License Agreement (EULA). To view the EULA open a platform app and navigate to Account & Settings. Alternatively, you can view the EULA and privacy policy when creating an account on the app.

Platform Terms & Conditions. To view the platform Terms and Conditions, sign into your platform account and navigate to Account & Access. Under subscription, you will see a link to the platform terms.

Platform Privacy Policy. To view the platform's Privacy Policy, open the Terms & Conditions, and scroll down to Privacy Policy where you will see links to the Licensee and Licensor Privacy Policies.

Can I add my own Privacy Policy?

Yes. We recommend all platform accounts add their Privacy Policy, in Accounts & Access. When you add your own Privacy Policy, it will be inserted into the Privacy Policy section of the along with the Licensee's Privacy Policy and the Licensor's Privacy Policy .

Can I have a custom EULA and privacy policy?

Yes, but this is limited to enterprise instances of the platform. On enterprise instances, you can provide your own EULA, Privacy Policies, and Terms.
