Platform Terms & Conditions

What is the platform?

The platform is a branded instance of licensed technology, operated and distributed by a mandated Licensee or Sub-Licensee(s).

Platform users consent to the terms. As a platform user, you agree to platform terms and conditions when you are added and your account is created.

Where can I find the platform Terms and Conditions?

  1. On the platform backend, select the platform icon/logo (top right), then select Manage Profile & Security.

  2. Go to Account Information then follow the link to view the Platform Terms & Conditions. As per the platform End-User License Agreement, there are terms and policies from both the platform licensor, and the platform licensee.

Contact your platform provider to access any additional terms and policies that may be in place.

Data Privacy Compliance

How do I comply with the privacy policy?

Platform users must enforce privacy policies. As a platform user who can process data on the platform and its apps, you are required to comply with the platform privacy policy, and must have obtained lawful consent (relevant to your jurisdiction) to export, import, utilise an API, and integrate with third parties.

Data privacy compliance means deleting user data when requested, and only collecting data that is permitted as per the privacy policy. The platform users will act on a user's data deletion requests within the recommended time. The platform users also ensure that data collected by and through the platform and its apps is not inconsistent with the data categories described in the privacy policy.
