Getting Started

Use Chat & Forums to publish chats and forum posts to platform apps. This provides an area for users to discuss various topics. Posted chats and forums can also be added to Pathways as a Chat Activity with a view or comment fulfilment requirement.

Getting Started

Chat & Forums can be enabled by your support contact. Once enabled, you will be able to access this feature from the Chat & Forum section on the platform. Choose to enable only chat or only forums - your app does not need to have both types enabled.

Early Access Limits. This feature is currently in the early access phase - control limits have been applied to monitor performance and scale rates. Periodically, limits will be increased to adjust levels based on observed usage and optimisations.
