Can I edit, modify or remove user ratings and app reviews?

On Apple devices, the "ratings and reviews" feature is directly integrated into the App Store; users can view and leave feedback for an app directly on its page within the App Store itself.

Addressing feedback directly on your App Store product page can help you create a better user experience and improve your app’s rating. You can respond to all reviews of your app, regardless of when they were written, in App Store Connect. 1. Log into https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/.

2. Got to Distribution / Trust & Safety / Ratings and Reviews

3. On each review you can select to "Report a concern".

4. When dealing with Apple you need to state a strong case. Provide details that the app does not contain financial features nor does it collect data outside of the app's core functionality of providing educational content to users. Provide the details that show the reviews are malicious as the reviews do not refer to existing features of the app.

Ultimately it will be up to Apple, so make sure you are presenting a strong case that connects the dots.
