# Sharing Cohort Locations

**Share Locations with other accounts.** This allows other platform accounts to use [Location Groups & Targeting](/groups-cohort-docs/cohort-locations-and-roles/location-groups-and-cohort-targeting.md) from a single Cohort Location. This is useful if your organisation needs multiple accounts/tenancies on the platform and does not wish to duplicate Cohort Locations (for good reason).

## Sharing Cohort Locations

To share Cohort Locations, navigate to Cohort Locations, select options, and then select Shared Access:

1. **Enable.** Enter the account code of the tenancy you wish to share Cohort Locations with by selecting the Add Button.
2. **Disable.** Select the options on the Account and then select Disable. Disabling Shared Access prevents the tenancy from using your Cohort Locations further but will not remove associated Location Groups.
3. **Remove.** Select options on the Account and then select Remove. When removed, this will also remove the associated Location Groups created by this account.

## **Using Shared Cohort Locations**

When an account has shared Cohort Locations with yours, you will be able to use their Cohort Location to create Location Groups in Content Targeting, Data Manager and other applicable features.
