# From Template

**If you have saved, purchased or imported a template from the** [**Platform Marketplace**](https://everyday-digital.gitbook.io/template-catalog/)**, you can use it in Authoring.**&#x20;

On the [Platform Marketplace](https://everyday-digital.gitbook.io/template-catalog/), you can download [story templates](https://everyday-digital.gitbook.io/template-catalog/template-catalog/story-templates#what-is-a-story-template) and [catalogue stories](broken://spaces/c4GwbP6CotHaKTHXnY27/pages/ARaasyevYu2VFV6mXVbL#ready-to-use) that are publicly available, or that have been made available to your account by a content author.

Go to Story Catalogue in Authoring to see the templates that are available to you.

## How to create from a template

1. **Open** [**Authoring**](/authoring-docs/authoring/start-authoring.md)**.**
2. **Select the + icon and then select From Template.**
3. **Enter a Story Name and select a Template.**
4. **Select Create.**
