# Link Manager

**Any links / URLs that you add to your stories will be saved in the** **Link Manager.** You can enable / disable these links at any time.

### How to use Link Manager

1. Open a story in Authoring. 
2. From the menu, select Tools > Link Manager. This will show the details of all URLs added to the story.
